Return of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, labels and preserved properties.

Goods that have been worn or used cannot be accepted back for hygiene and commercial reasons.

In the event of a valid return, we will refund the amount for the goods, including the costs of the first delivery of the order.

The shipping costs associated with sending the returned package are paid by the customer.

Guarantee

The warranty period for purchased goods is 7 days from receipt of the shipment.

The time for removing any defects under the warranty must not exceed 14 days.

We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with the maintenance instructions on the product label.

In the event of failure to comply with the conditions of use or maintenance, Good Girl is not liable for any resulting defects.

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

1. Natural wear and tear during use.

2. Tearing, abrasion, burning through the fabric.

3. Dusting or contamination of the material.

4. Formation of lint.

5. Any defects caused by improper use, washing, storage or transportation or by the influence of third parties.
